Customer Service Advisor – Salary of £17,750 + Bonus – Poole
Customer Service Advisor required to join our client, a prestigious company based in Poole. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting customer service and compliance targets, be an expert on service areas within the company and offer first class customer service to all clients.
Work to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets for customer service and compliance.
Be an expert on all elements of the service areas.
Complete all inbound calls and emails in a prompt, polite and efficient manner; establishing rapport with the customer and completing data protection verifications.
Update and maintain customer records on various systems.
Provide solutions to best support the customers whilst keeping in mind the company’s financial objectives but moderating this to stay within parameters of great service for the customers.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Working independently on your own initiative or with colleagues.
Excellent telephone manner.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
Hours and Benefits:
Hours – Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm
