Customer Service Advisor-Salary £19,500 – £21,000-Bournemouth
Professional, technical and friendly Customer Service Advisor required to join our client, a growing award-winning company based in central Bournemouth. Responsible for answering inbound calls from the company’s members, processing claims and analysing accounts and invoices. This is the perfect opportunity for a technically minded Customer Service Advisor to join a company that will grow and develop your career.
Answering inbound calls and written queries, providing first class professional customer service.
Processing claims in an accurate and timely manner.
Assessing and analysing accounts and invoices.
Support and share your expert knowledge with other team members to ensure all team targets are achieved.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Strong customer service experience.
Great attention to detail.
Excellent PC skills.
Hours and Benefits:
Start Date – 24th June 2019
Monday to Friday between 8am – 7pm (40 hour week) 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9am – 1pm.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
