Our client based in Bournemouth is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. The role will consist of Administration and liaising with the customers over email or phone with regards to orders. You will also be required to have previous export experience when liaising with customers and with regards to order paperwork.
To ensure all incoming orders are entered on to the in-house system.
All Administration must be carried out in a timely manner.
Carrying out all follow ups with order enquiries
Prepare and check paperwork for exporting.
Liaising with other departments with orders.
Raising quotations for new enquiries and sales.
Dealing with exporting administration and liaising with customers.
Excellent Administrative and organisational skills
Export experience is essential
Good Communication skills
