Customer Care Advisor – Salary circa £21,500 – Bournemouth
Customer Service Advisor required by our friendly client based in central Bournemouth. The successful candidate will be a self-starting and hardworking individual. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with great values and opportunities.
Answer client queries using the social media platforms, emails and telephone calls.
Answering pre-sales queries, taking sales over the phone s and providing post-sales support.
Troubleshooting and finding any smart solutions to issues.
Communicating clearly and concisely.
Serving as a brand representative.
Sharing user feedback with the product and technology team.
Key skills and Requirements:
Excellent English skills including good spelling and grammar.
Previous experience in a Customer Service based role.
Strong problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude.
Passion for working within a small team.
Hours and Benefits:
Monday to Friday 9am-6pm – 1 in 4 Saturdays.
