Contracts Administrator – Poole – Temp – £8.65 per hour
Our client based in Poole is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their busy team. The main aspects of the role are to be responsible for the diary scheduling of works through the DRS system for a number of trade staff creating maximum efficiency and ensuring key performance indicators are maintained by ensuring that appointments are not missed.
Main responsibilities are:
To do a variety of administrative tasks – such as sending letters raising purchase orders
Dealing with subcontractors monitoring email accounts.
To answer the telephone in a professional manner, obtaining appropriate information and replying accordingly
To maintain contract specific records, storing them in a well organised and retrievable manner
To ensure that all works orders received are processed from receipt through to payment in an orderly, accurate and timely way.
To provide excellent customer service
To represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Previous experience within a busy administrative role
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
High standard of communication skills
Ability to work in a team
IT literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday and will equate to 39 hours per week 07.45am – 4pm.
