A Computer Science Graduate opportunity is available for our Cyber Security client based in Wimborne.
As a Computer Science Graduate you will bring technical skills to solve complex problems and explore problems to be solved.
You will be able to discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better products.
You’ll work with internal and external customers in defining requirements, workflows, priorities and features. Collaborating with a cross-functional teams involving engineers, architects and marketing whilst taking consideration of end user experience and other development teams to creatively develop new solutions.
Designing and developing software solutions or tools (e.g. visualisation).
Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable code
Work closely with other engineers to develop new products
Plan, design, develop, manage, document, test, deploy, and support new and existing modules
Development of the next generation software
Experience or Knowledge / Qualifications:
Computer Science degree ( or equivalent)
Programming skills such as Python, C, C++ etc.
Scripting languages such as Bash, Perl etc.
Good understanding of System Architecture philosophies.
Experience with different operating systems including Linux/Unix and Windows
Able to follow coding standards and apply best practice
Ability to write design documentation and understand the use of message sequence charts
Understanding of the methods of testing software.
This is a graduate level position.
