Complaints Handler – Temp – Bournemouth – £9.20 per hour

Our client based in Bournemouth is looking for a Complaints Handler to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The main aspect of the role is to manage and investigate high escalated complaints from various sources, ensuring the customers are supported while the issues are resolved.

Main responsibilities:

  • Understanding the customers views and experience.
  • Identify the causes and direct them internally for continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance and regulatory and legal requirements are met.
  • To be the first point of contact for the customers and deliver on exceptional customers service.
  • Upselling other tariffs and payment schemes to customers.
  • Data entry using the customers service database.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Contact centre and customer contact experience is essential
  • IT Literate
  • Negotiation and objection handling skills required

The role is working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm on a fixed shift basis. This is a temporary to permanent role.
