Our client, a leading company based in Wimborne are currently looking for a Complaints Handler to join their team. Previous experience of managing complaints is essential for this role. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties:

  • Develop the customer relationship by ensuring ongoing communication to inform of progress and maximise the opportunity to resolve any issue in a timely manner
  • Maintain excellent case management that is reviewed and updated on a timely basis with clear and concise information
  • Use appropriate questions to help identify root cause when an issue is raised to ensure remedial action or recommendations fully resolves
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in activity that will improve overall business understanding and drive performance improvement
  • Help and guide our customers with product advice and ensure the full product range is offered
  • Own, record and monitor all weekly targets, escalate and request support where these are not achieved to ensure corrective action
  • Communicate to customers explaining technical issues in a manner that is easily understood
  • Negotiate excessive compensation requests whilst considering both the brand impact and commercial needs
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure we achieve a consistent response and aligned approach

Experience Required:

  • Ideally complaints experience, or experience of manging difficult situations.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • A team player with excellent communications skills.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, with flexibility between 8am – 6pm.
