Talented Commercial Recruitment Consultant required to join our newest Southampton office, recently opened in Ocean Village, Southampton. After yet another successful year of growth, Bond Williams Office and Commercial Recruitment (a division of Bond Williams Group of Finance, HR, IT and Commercial) is looking to expand it’s Bournemouth based Office & Commercial Recruitment team to satisfy demand in the Southampton area.

Our offices in Southampton are already staffed by HR and Finance Recruitment Consultants and we are looking for a Commercial Consultant to join the successful Team. The role will see you working alongside an established team of Consultants in engaging with exceptional candidates (by phone and face-to-face). You, as a Commercial Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for developing your own accounts and clients and matching a pipeline of candidates against office jobs within the Office sector and will earn a good basic salary plus unrivalled additional commission and bonuses.

Preferred background/experience:

  • Ideally a strong background in office and commercial recruitment.
  • Strong administration, people & communication skills/experience.
  • Excellent sales record in developing meaningful business relationships at a professional level.
  • Previous proven success as a Recruitment Consultant.

More importantly, we require someone with great interpersonal skills, strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office suite) good organisational capability and the drive and determination to succeed in this highly competitive and challenging industry.
