Client Manager required to join our client an innovative and growing company based in Poole. Providing Account Management to all allocated accounts in their assigned market the successful Client Manager will be responsible for progressing existing business and uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts through various sales stages. Working closely with Key Account Managers and Business Development Executives this role is varied and would be an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager.
Create sales qualifying revenues from your nominated accounts.
Manage your own pipeline and accounts (approx. 70)
Handle smaller opportunities from the Key Account Managers Tier 1 accounts.
Identify opportunities to progress and pass over to the Key Account Manager at the appropriate stage.
Know when to pass an opportunity to a Key Account Manager always ensuring a smooth handover.
Achieve and exceed your own individual targets.
Ensure all communications are tracked and noted in the CRM.
Conduct remote demonstrations of the company’s solutions to existing accounts in order to develop upgrade opportunities.
Skills and Requirements:
B2B Senior Account Management/Business Development experience.
Using the telephone as the lead tool in relationship building along with navigating complex accounts.
Strong IT skills including the use of CRM systems.
Self-motivation and the ability to prioritise your workload.
Full driving licence and use of a car.
Hours and Benefits:
Hours are 8.45am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
