Client Advisor – Salary up to £30,000 – Haywards Heath
Client Advisor required to join our client, a prestigious company based in Haywards Heath. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of business within one of the company’s key sectors.
Managing key client relationships, by means of client communication and market negotiation, within agreed timescales for new and renewal business.
Monitor renewal list and invite renewal as well as cross selling products to our existing client base.
Act as a referral point for the resolution of complex client queries internally and externally.
Review amendment requests from clients, checking against current information and prepare information comparisons as necessary.
Assist the Client Executives in the production of reports and summaries of Insurance for clients.
Skills and Requirements:
Experience of working in the Insurance industry is essential
Strong academic background supported by good grades within English and Maths at A-Level or GCSE level.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
