Case Handler – starting salary of £20,200 – Bournemouth

Our client, an award winning, elite business based in Bournemouth are currently looking to recruit a Case Handler to join their growing team. You will be joining a company that offers progression, excellent benefits and a unique working environment.

As a Case Handler, you will be responsible for managing inbound & outbound calls and emails to customers, dealing with any application queries they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the customers finances, whilst having the confidence to question their circumstances and taking ownership of the decision of whether to lend.
  • Be focused, reactive, challenge and determine fraud.
  • Be able to work in a high paced, target environment, effectively manage your own workload and efficiently contact customers.
  • Answering general enquiries about our product to customers and assist them in the setting up of applications.

  • The successful candidate will need to be naturally empathetic, but also able to remain firm and professional. Your attitude is what really counts, you need the patience and natural ability to build rapport with our customers.

The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday equating to 41.25 per week, including some Saturdays.
