Administrator – Salary of £21,000 – Christchurch

Administrator required to join our client, a prestigious client based in Christchurch. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day support to the Implementations team through all aspects of Implementation Project Management, management systems, Travel Management Companies and the servicing of clients.

Duties:

  • Support the Implementation Project Executive throughout the process with documentation, report maintenance and all aspects of project support.
  • Attend all progress calls, take notes and write up summary and action points.
  • Setting up clients on the company’s Global Distribution System (GDS).
  • Day to day management of the backend systems.
  • Management and escalation of client issues.
  • Respond to client concerns using knowledge of systems and training.
  • Reporting to stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Providing ad hoc updates as required.
  • Report the progress of implementations of new or changed Travel Management Companies creating a new implementation spreadsheet if required by the client or Account Manager.
  • Create and update OnTime records with progress so that the latest status is always available.
  • Maintain Team meeting agendas, notes and meeting room bookings.
  • Spot-check monitoring of client alerts and travel briefs.
  • Upload VIP updates, Asset uploads, Expat lists, HR files and any other required files to client systems.
  • Generate and distribute monthly Client MI reports.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience of operating in a business services environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrable experience
  • Experience of working in the travel industry
  • Articulate and good telephone manner
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • The ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at one time
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivation
  • Experience of working with GDS systems would be an advantage
  • High level of computer proficiency
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office essential

Hours and Benefits:

  • 37.5 Hours. 09:00am – 17:30pm Monday – Friday.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays – will increase after 2 years’ service to a max of 25 days.
