Administrator required to join our client, a well-established company based in Poole. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure that customers orders are processed and dealt with effectively and efficiently. You will be liaising with customers, building rapport and gathering customer information. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to start their career with in a growing company.
Duties: * Complete all inbound calls and emails in a prompt, polite and efficient manner * Become an expert on all elements of our admin processes * Work to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly performance targets * Provide excellent customer service * Provide solutions to best support the customer in line with their needs
Key Skills and Requirements: * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work on own initiative with both customers and colleagues * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software * Excellent telephone manner * A positive ‘can do’ attitude * A passion for team work
