Administrator – Ringwood – Salary of £17,000 Our client, a leading Financial Services company are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their leading team. This is an exciting opportunity to start you career within Financial Services with a company who will provide ongoing support and training. Duties:
To produce and maintain accurate and complete documentation /correspondence in a compliant manner within timescales
Respond to clients and Account Executives queries in a timely manner and accurately by using and amending standard letter, writing clearly, concisely and professionally.
To answer the phone in a professional manner that aims to build rapport with clients, providers and colleagues.
To prioritise workload and client requests
To ensure all business activity is logged to ensure revenue is accurately recorded and documented.
To demonstrate enthusiasm and a working knowledge of the relevant business area and related products
To build and maintain an excellent rapport with our clients, providers and colleagues across the Group.
To proactively suggest opportunities to help improve operating efficiencies and working methods to benefits colleagues and clients
Streamlining processes and support the implementation of improvements in working practices.
General ad hoc tasks as required.
Support & deliver some of the training of new team members, as requested, and provide effective coaching and support to colleagues.
