An Accounts Assistant is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting and Finance for a large, award winning business based in Bournemouth.

Reporting to the Supervisor and working as part of a small team, you will have responsibility for raising sales invoices for service charges, ground rent and other services, reconciliation of direct debit files, providing support for debtor queries and assisting with set up of new files and direct debit mandates.

You will need to have previous accounts/sales ledger experience and have strong Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables etc). Friendly, fast-paced environment. Modern offices and good benefits, 37 hour week.
