Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator – Poole – to £25,000
Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are recruiting an Accounts Payable and Payroll Administrator for an established, successful company based in Poole.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role is varied and will have responsibility for daily bank reconciliations (sterling and foreign), setting up direct debits and standing orders, control of petty cash, obtaining currencies as required, processing purchase invoices (UK and international payments), dealing with supplier queries, payment of staff expenses, nominal ledger account reconciliations, assisting with VAT return, collating monthly payroll information for bureau processing, preparing P11Ds, preparation and submission of Settlement Agreement, co-ordination of pension payments, cover for holidays/sickness in the team and other ad hoc general office admin duties.
You will need to have good knowledge of accounts payable, banking/treasury, payroll and pensions and experience of computerised accounting systems together with good Excel. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage. Pleasant, friendly working environment, good working hours with early finish on Friday.
