Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are pleased to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a well established business based in the Ferndown area.
Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with accounts and payroll processing but initially the bias will be payroll to establish and bed in a new payroll system and processes. This would be for up to around 600 employees across a number of different sites and would include starters, leavers, SSP, SMP, etc, RTI, auto enrolment, year end. The accounting responsibilities would be varied and involve sales and purchase ledger, assisting with budgets, statistical returns, year end files, control account reconciliations and other ad hoc finance duties as required.
You will need to have good up to date payroll experience to be considered and general accounts experience. Good Excel skills would be essential and experience of computerised payroll. If you are available quickly this could be a big advantage as a temp to permanent arrangement would be considered. Excellent working environment, pension, parking.
