An Accounts Assistant is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting & Finance for an established and growing client based in Dorchester.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you would be working as part of a very small team and have responsibility for processing a high volume of supplier invoices, reconciling monthly statements, processing monthly payments, entering sub-contractor applications and processing a small weekly payroll (training would be given). In addition, you would provide cover for overhead and utility payments, sub-contractor payments and sales invoicing.
You will need to have good purchase ledger experience and some experience of sales ledger, together with Intermediate level of Excel. Payroll experience and knowledge of Access Dimensions would be an advantage. In return, a very good modern working environment is offered, friendly team, pension and free parking.
