An experienced Accounts Assistant is required to join an established and thriving business based in central Bournemouth for an immediate start. Bond Williams are working on an exclusive basis to recruit a diligent and professional Finance Assistant to join this friendly and supportive team.
As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for assisting in the timely collation and processing of accounts for the business. Responsibilities to include:
* Purchase Ledger
* Sales Ledger
* Daily Banking
* Credit Control
* Petty Cash
* Generating monthly department P and L’s
* Assisting in the preparation of Management Accounts
* Balance sheet reconcilaitions
This role would suit an AAT qualified / studier of similar level of experience who is looking to gain practical exposure along side their studies. They will need to have a focus on attention to detail and be able to work effectively with a varied workload. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills including a good understanding of MS office, with previous experience of Sage or Xero being advantageous.
