Account Coordinator required to join our client; a well-established company based in Ringwood. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company, working in the wider client services team providing professional service and day to day support to clients and colleagues.
Work with providers and clients to maintain accurate data with regards to products and services.
Produce and maintain accurate documentation and correspondence in a compliant manner for both new business and existing business requirements.
Respond to clients and colleague queries in a timely manner.
Answer the phone in a professional manner, building rapport with clients, providers and colleagues.
Prioritise workload and client requests.
Ensure all business activity is logged accurately on a variety of systems.
First point of contact for clients providing professional support and accurate information with regards to their products and services.
Ensure the accurate production of all reports and correspondence to clients.
Assist in the resolution of claims queries, by referring to insurers for confirmation for cover and clarification.
Experience and Requirements:
Previous experience within a customer service or administration-based role within a financial services company.
Strong organisational skills including planning and delivering.
Excellent communication skills.
Hours and Benefits:
Hours – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
