HR Advisor – Poole – Up to £40,000

We’re recruiting a proactive HR Advisor for a professional organisation in Poole. This is a full generalist HR role, combining HR administration, employee relations, and project work.

What you’ll do:

• Support managers and employees across all HR matters
• Manage HR admin, contracts, records, and systems
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects
• Ensure compliance and best practice

Requirements:

• Generalist HR experience (admin + project work)
• CIPD qualification is ideal
• Experience supporting senior leaders
• Highly organised, confident communicator, MS Office proficient
• Access to own transport

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE | Permanent
