Compensation & Benefits Manager – North Dorset – Temp – up to £29.00 per hour – Immediate Start
Our client is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join them for a 3-month project (with potential to extend) to review and improve employee benefits. Make sure the package is competitive, cost-effective, and appreciated by employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing benefits – what’s offered, costs, and eligibility
- Benchmark against the market to identify competitive and desirable options
- Recommend improvements that deliver cost savings and a benefits package employees value
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits or Reward
- Strong analytical and benchmarking skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK benefits trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
