1st Line IT Support Technician – Poole – £18-20,000 p.a.
A 1st Line IT Support Technician is required by a technology company based in Poole. Some experience in resolving 1st line IT support enquiries is required.
Requirements: · Understanding of Active Directory · Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook · Experience in a 1st line IT support, IT service desk or technical support environment
· Logging IT support tickets from customers
· Resolving 1st Line Support issues
· Escalating more complex issues to 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers
Salary, Training and Benefts: The company is offering a salary of £18-20,000 p.a. depending on relevant skills and experience.
