Payroll Officer required for September and October to cover sickness, based in Ferndown, this role offers hybrid working.

Key duties:-

  • Process daily Timesheets for the operation staff
  • Process and authorise staff subsistence and expenses including weekly BACS payments
  • Process and collate the timesheets for project costings
  • Process monthly payroll including processing of daily timesheets relevant commissions, travel allowances, overtime, and any deductions
  • To be responsible for the payroll journal postings
  • To be responsible for the job costings postings and any additional job costings within Payroll
  • To be responsible for end of year procedures including P60’s, P11D’s
  • To collate and upload monthly pension submissions and pension re-enrolments

Qualifications and Experience:-

  • Previous end to end payroll experience essential
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 cloud payroll
  • Good knowledge of excel
