Sales Co-ordinator – Poole – £Competitive Salary

Our client based in Poole is currently looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join their growing team. You will be working within the customer service team dealing with customers via telephone and email, providing quotations and delivering the highest level of service to an industrial customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deal with incoming calls and emails
  • Provide quotes to customers keeping in line with KPI’s
  • Upselling on quotations through effective questioning
  • Ensure credit checks are undertaken on all new customers
  • Keep track of compliance records and ensure they are in line with the correct legislation
  • Develop rapport and business relations with customers
  • Handle customer complaints in an effective way to ensure they are resolved
  • Provide excellent customer advice and inform customers of their order status

Key Skills

  • Experience within customer service based roles
  • Demonstrate good negotiation tactics
  • Positive can do attitude and work calmly under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to work to deadlines
  • Thorough knowledge of JDE or equivalent CRM with ability to process orders
  • PC literate in PowerPoint, Email, Word & Excel
  • 4 x GCSE’s including grade C and above in English and Maths
