Sales Administrator – Oxford – £25,000+
A proactive and experienced Sales Administrator is required for an initial 6 month contract with a rapidly expanding scientific business in Oxford. The role would suit someone who enjoys administration, problem solving and seeing processes through from beginning to end.
Acting as an integral line of support between the sales and the finance teams, you will need to be numerate and have familiarity with Excel and basic formulas in order to perform some of the tasks involved in the role, which include:
- Setting up new customers on internal and external systems
- Chasing up information required for invoicing
- Dealing with customer queries over email, phone and live chat
- Liaise with customers and internal colleagues in finance, sales and customer services to resolve issues and ensure processes run smoothly
