Payroll Adviser/Consultant – Dorset – Contract – £Negotiable
Bond Williams Accountancy and Finance are recruiting a Payroll Adviser/Consultant for a contract up to May 2022 for a Dorset based client.
Working as part of a small Payroll/HR team you will be responsible for large weekly and monthly payrolls processed via a managed service provider. The weekly payroll information is logged onto a scheduling system which is uploaded but the monthly payroll information is entered directly. This would also involve handling any payroll queries, liaising with payroll provider and dealing with mortgage references, statement of earnings etc. The company are transitioning to a new people and payroll system which will integrate people processes currently managed in different systems so you will also have involvement with supporting this process as well.
This is a unique assignment requiring an exceptional individual:
* Current or recent experience of processing large payrolls and good payroll knowledge
* High attention to detail
* Experience of new system implementation or supporting a transition programme
* Knowledge of iTrent payroll would be a distinct advantage
* Able to commence quickly
