Payroll Administrator – Ringwood – to £Attractive
Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for a multi-sited, established business based in Ringwood.
Working within the finance team and reporting to a Payroll Supervisor, you will have responsibility as part of the team for processing approx 2000 employee wages and salaries, 90% of which is weekly. You will need to extract information from the roster system to transfer into the payroll system, setting up new employees, calculating wages, processing deductions, processing various payroll reports, dealing with queries, investigating discrepancies and ensuring you are up to date with legislation and company policies.
You will need to have previous computerised payroll experience in a similar role, have a high attention to detail, good interpersonal skills and good Excel. Knowledge of Pegasus Opera payroll would be an advantage.
Excellent working environment, parking, 37.5 hour week and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
