Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are looking for 2 Payroll Administrators for a busy client based in Brockenhurst with the requirement for the next 12 months to work an occasional 1 or 2 days in Bournemouth. One role is offered on a full time basis, the other part-time (30 hours) both with flexible and remote working. The role is working in a team of 4 assisting in all aspects of the payroll function and therefore an experienced Payroll Administrator would be desirable.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality and customer focussed service.

Key duties

  • Ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Responsible for collating and inputting all employee information including starters, leavers, changes in employee details and amendments in salary
  • You will manage calculations for SSP, SMP, occupational sick, maternity pay, holiday etc
  • Monthly pensions administration
  • Answering staff queries
  • Payroll reporting

Qualifications and experience

  • No formal qualifications are required however a relevant payroll qualification would be desirable
  • Experience of working in a busy finance/payroll office environment and working to monthly deadlines
  • Knowledgeable and up to date with current payroll legislation
