Part time Purchase Ledger Clerk – Ringwood £10 per hour
Bond Williams Accounting and Finance is recruiting a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk for an established, friendly company in Ringwood. This would be up to 20 hours but how these are worked can be flexible but must be over 5 days.
Reporting to the Company Accountant, you would have responsibility for processing fairly high volume purchase invoices to Sage and also worker timesheets to Excel and ensure all are approved, process authorised payments, liaise with suppliers regarding queries or disputes, sending out supplier statements, process mileage claims and other ad hoc general accounts work to cover absences.
Previous purchase ledger/general accounts experience is essential together with working knowledge of Excel and computerised accounts packages. Small friendly team, parking on site, pension.
