Part Time Payroller – Wimborne up to £25750 pro rata
Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are recruiting a permanent Part Time Payroller for an accountancy practice based in the Wimborne area. The working pattern would be 2 weeks per month, full time and office based.
Reporting to the Manager, you would have responsibility for processing only monthly payrolls using Sage, Xero and Quickbooks. The payrolls are of varying sizes and complexity and would include SSP/SMP payments, ad hoc deductions, auto enrolment, processing BACs payments, liaison with HMRC and client companies. You would be using mainly Sage software, but some payrolls are via Xero and Quickbooks.
You will need to be an experienced payroller with up to date knowledge of payroll legislation, experience of Sage Payroll and ideally Xero and Quickbooks. Good interpersonal skills are essential as you will interact with clients and HMRC. Previous experience of processing multiple payrolls from within an accountancy practice would be an advantage.
You would be working within a great team, very good working environment and private medical, parking permit and 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata’d).
