Part Time Customer Service Administrator – Bournemouth – Temp – £9 per hour
Our client based in Bournemouth are looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a part time basis.
Working days are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, extra hours in school holidays available. Working 9am – 1pm or 9am – 2pm.
Main duties are:
- Booking and processing tickets
- Answering customer emails and calls in a friendly manner
- Data processing with customer information
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, willingness to help and assist customers, processing data with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience within a customer service role is essential.
