Office Assistant – Ringwood – Temp – £10.50 per hour

An Office Administrator is required for our client based in Ringwood to join the HR and Accounts team on a temporary basis to help in the office. This role is temporary from 20th June – 1st September inclusive.

The main aspect of the role is to provide administrative support to the office by filing all leaver documentation, scanning and uploading to the in-house systems, data input for all information on leavers. Attaching scanned files to online records along with maintaining and making inventory of the stationery cupboard.

The working hours for this role are Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, from 18th July the working hours will be 8.30am – 4pm.

The successful candidate will have previous office experience, ability to communicate at all levels and be IT literate.
