Office Administrator – Ringwood – £20,000 – £25,000

Our client, a growing business based in Ringwood are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team. Reporting into to the Director, you will provide administrative support and assist with the day to day running of the office. This new role involves a variety of responsibilities and will require someone with exceptional organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
  • Managing agendas and arranging and booking meetings and appointments
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound post, taking action if required
  • Assist with tender bids
  • Implementing a filing system and ensuring it is maintained
  • Responding to general enquiries
  • General business administration
  • General day to day upkeep of the office and facilities
  • Managing and monitoring the company fleet
  • Data entry and processing of invoices, including arrangements of payments
  • Assist with client bookings

Key skills and experience required:

  • Good IT skills across Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and data inputting skills
  • Proactive and forward thinking with the ability to plan ahead
  • Understand and uphold Data Protection Law
  • Experience of using Sage or other accounts software advantageous
