Logistics Manager – Up to 55k – Oxford

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to work for a high-tech scientific manufacturer at Oxford University’s latest spin out success story. You will be a critical part of the operations team, establishing and growing partnerships with logistics companies for the movement of goods and supplies.

As a Logistics Manager, you will:

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with global logistics companies
• Ensure logistics operations are optimised for purpose including specialist operations
• Lead and grow the logistics team
• Resolve any issues in the logistics chain to ensure smooth and efficient transition of goods

Experience required for a Logistics Manager includes:

• A degree or CIPS in business or logistics management
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience in a logistics role
• A strong background in global networks with expert technical knowledge of customs and logistics operations
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a growing business

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar setting with high tech products and be looking to grow with the team and business.
