IT Trainer required for a professional Services Business based in Bournemouth.

Seeking 3 years + experience you will provide internal staff with the IT knowledge required to work as productively as possible by managing the companies current technology and identifying opportunities for change.

You will understand the business working practices, technology and applications in order to tailor training to suit individual user needs.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:

• Expert knowledge of IT packages (eg, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Previous IT training experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience in delivering training through a variety of methods including classroom, eLearning, remote and 1-1.
• Knowledge and experience of how and when to use the different training methods and styles to suit the audience.
• TAP or other recognised training
• Experienced in the use of eLearning tools such as Captivate and Camtasia for the creation of courses
• A minimum of 3 years’ training
• Analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with capacity to learn, to assimilate information quickly and to acquire new
• Experience of business
• Project management
• Knowledge of ITIL and experience of working in an IT service management
• Good multimedia skills for the design and creation of training
