HR Coordinator required for our client based at Oxford Science Park. Great opportunity to work with an established HR team to provide back-office support during a busy recruitment phase. Initially this is a 3-month temporary role.

As HR Coordinator duties include:

  • Employee lifecycle administration, recruitment, inductions, starters, and leavers
  • Day to day HRIS updates, continuous improvements of the system and accurate data entry
  • Run ad hoc and scheduled reports via the HRIS
  • Working with hiring managers booking interviews / rooms, calendar management

Experience required:

  • Solid experience of working within an HR team, with first class and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and strong attention to detail
  • Experience of HRIS Systems
