HR Administrator – Temp – Poole – £10.19 per hour

An experienced HR Administrator required on a temporary basis to join our client based in Poole. You will be required to carry out all administrative tasks required within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support
  • Dealing with telephone, email and face to face enquiries
  • Provide support and guidance on basic HR queries, policies and procedures
  • Manage and maintain employee records and filing
  • Accurate data input management
  • Log and track all HR enquiries to support production of accurate HR management information
  • Manage, action and distribute incoming post
  • Continually look to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance customer experience
  • To become involved in other ad hoc tasks as required

Skills:

  • Previous experience within an HR Administration role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised and proactive with good interpersonal skills
  • Ideally have good working knowledge of HR systems

This role is currently homebased with a view to return to the office, working hours are 40 hours a week.
