Customer Service Administrator – Upton – up to £23,000 DOE

A Customer Service Administrator is required for our client based in Upton, Poole. This is an exciting opportunity that offers variety, working with a great team and combines all aspects of sales processing and office administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound queries via telephone, email and live chat
  • Processing sales orders and following up on sales orders to ensure timely despatch
  • Regularly co-ordinate with internal departments including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Technical and Accounts
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently to avoid discrepancies and delays
  • Attract and retain customers by answering questions and providing suggestions that lead to short- and long-term
  • General administration duties

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Strong administration skills

Full product training will be given and you will benefit from being a part of a successful company, that is a leader in its field.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Easily commutable via public transport and free on-site parking if you drive.
