Credit Controller/Finance Assistant – Bournemouth £20-22000
Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are recruiting a Part Time Credit Controller/Finance Administrator for a large education establishment based in Bournemouth. The hours will be 25-30 hours Monday to Friday and will be office based.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, responsibilities will include handling cash and taking credit card payments, raising sales invoices and maintaining the sales ledger accounts, processing incoming monies, preparing banking, processing credit card payments, bank reconciliations, dealing with credit control and other ad hoc accounting duties as required. In addition there would be some administration/customer service duties.
You will need to have experience of credit control within a B2C environment e.g. housing associations, local authority, utilities etc and also have some bookkeeping/general accounts experience.
