Business Analyst opportunity to join a established Financial organisation in Ferndown on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities to include;

• Work closely with the IT and team members to provide support and knowledge sharing to meet project workload demands
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure solutions accurately reflect the business requirements
• Requirements elicitation, analysis, interpretation and documentation using proven methodologies
• Business process modelling and improving business and or system processes
• Producing technical documents based on detailed analysis
• Support and maintain change requirements utilising the IT departments framework and tools which ensures clear requirements and collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Co-ordinate with quality assurance to ensure solutions are trained, adopted, validated and in control post deployment
• Support business transition and help establish change
• Assist with development of business cases
• Delivering and/or supporting the implementation of projects

Knowledge / Skill Requirements

• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Proven Business Analysis experience
• Process mapping and verification utilising tools
• Proven Business Analysis experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Experience in project management principles, practices, techniques and tools including facilitation, organisation and motivation
• Have experience in business analysis methodologies
• Designing the features of an IT system or technology platform
• Experience of the mortgage / investment markets
• Experience of using modern delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc
• Experience of working with API’s

Additional Information:

Working Hours: Hybrid working available 3 days per week in the office

37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm with some flexible working options.
