A Part Time Bookkeeper is being recruited in Poole for a small business. This could be either full or part time (25 hours) but would be completely office based.
Reporting to the Director, you would have responsibility for:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices, dealing with supplier queries
- Raising sales invoices
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Allocating incoming monies to the sales ledger
- Credit control and dealing with any queries
- Sending customer statements
- Some general office admin
You will need to have good bookkeeping, transactional accounts and reconciliations experience, excellent working knowledge of Xero (minimum of 2 years’ experience), experience of Excel and good communication skills.
This role would be to start as soon as possible and offers a good working environment and on site parking.
