Bill of Materials Coordinator required for a medical device manufacturer based in Warwickshire. As Bills of Materials Coordinator, you will manage changes of product data via the Change Management and Engineering Change Request processes.

Key Responsibilities as Bills of Materials Coordinator:

  • Always maintain product and process compliance
  • Act as the interface between the engineering, supply chain and commercial teams for product configurations
  • Maintain valid product configurations, bill of materials & item masters
  • Manage changes of product data via the Change Management and Engineering Change Request processes
  • To identify & implement opportunities for logistics and product cost down
  • To identify & implement process and product continuous improvement activities

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Excellent understanding of multi-level Bills of Materials
  • Strong organisational and administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact and liaise with internal customers
  • A minimum of 3 year’s experience of data management formulating bills of materials in an

engineering environment

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical device or Pharmaceutical preferred
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required & knowledge of ERP systems preferred
