Administration Supervisor – Poole – salary up to £31,102 DOE
A People Administration Supervisor is required for our client based in Poole to join their administration team assisting with the HR services. The role will consist of providing support to the People Administrators, delegating tasks to the team and meeting targets & deadlines. This will be a hybrid working role.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide all round support to the administration team by guiding them and offering resources
- Distribute tasks and work load to the administration team
- Meeting all targets and deadline dates
- Make sure you are there to handle difficult complaints
- Ensure that all work activity is recorded and to provide feedback to management
- Push motivation to individuals to develop the standards of work
To be considered for this role, you need to have:
- Experience in a similar role with providing management support to a team
- Experience with administration duties
- Highly organised individual
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- HR qualification is desirable but not essential for the role

The salary for this role is from £26,437 to £31,102 depending on experience.
