Administration Assistant – Salary of £17,500 – Poole
Our client, a well established and growing business are currently looking to recruit a Administration Assistant due to growth of the business. You will be providing a high quality of administration services in order to ensure effective operations and to aid the smooth running of a busy office.
Duties:

  • Answering phone calls and direct / filter calls to appropriate team members.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Assist the administration department where needed.
  • Making travel arrangements.
  • Schedule appointments in the calendar.
  • Order processing.
  • Sending statements to customers.
  • Ordering of office supplies.
  • Set up and monitoring of the board room.
  • Produce marketing packs.

Experience Required:

  • England and Mathematics GCSE grade C and above.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programmes.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ideally a driving license and use of your own vehicle.
