An Accounts Administrator is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting and Finance for an established and successful business based in Ringwood.
As Accounts Administrator, you will be reporting to the Head of Finance and join a friendly finance team of 5. Responsibilities will include:
* Processing purchase invoices
* Chasing up authorisations
* Matching receipts to credit card statements
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Filing, stationery ordering
* Some HR administration: maintaining holiday and sickness records and maintaining commission records for payroll submission
You will need to have some previous purchase ledger/accounts experience and be competent with Excel and Word.
