A 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer is required in Central London with a successful technology business.

The position would be ideal for someone who is skilled ideally to a 3rd line IT support level, or strong high level 2nd line.

The position will be on-site and client facing.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3rd line support experience (or at the very least, strong high level 2nd line experience)
  • Experience in a face-to-face client facing environment
  • Microsoft 365 – incuding License administration, Creating new users and groups, Microsoft Exchange Hybrid, Sharepoint, OneDrive
  • Microsoft Teams – including facilitating video meetings/conferences, managing queues for presenters, and displaying slides and documents
  • Microsoft Azure including Conditional Access, MFA, InTune (MDM), ADFS
  • Microsoft Windows 10 and Server 2012+
  • Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, Windows Operating Systems and Networking
  • Microsoft RDS, RemoteApp or similar
  • Supporting and maintaining laptops, desktops, and Apple iOS mobile devices

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position will involve supporting Microsoft Cloud infrastructure technologies such as the full Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure. There will be a strong emphasis on supporting and facilitating video conferences via Microsoft Teams. You will also be responsible for supporting and maintaining a full range of IT services including desktops, servers, and end user devices.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

£35,000 – £40,000 dependant on experience ( min of 3 years commercial IT Support experience essential).

LOCATION OF WORK / WORKING HOURS:

This position is located will be located in Central London, near Paddington Station. Some remote working may be available during the Covid-19 restrictions, however the position will be based on-site once restrictions are lifted.

Working hours around Core hours of

7am and 7pm (shift hours, 8am to 4.30pm and 9.30am to 6pm on a team rota) 37.5 hours per week

There is an additional bonus paid on top of basic for any shifts work
