1st Line Support Technician required to join our client, a fast paced company based in Bournemouth. The suitable candidate will be driven with a can-do attitude providing outstanding customer service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients and end users over the phone, email and remote support tools to resolve incidents, service requests and provide regular updates.
- Working alongside and with other members of the Service Desk support team to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Working flexible hours including days, nights and weekends.
- Working through service requests resolutions within SLA’s.
- Researching unfamiliar technologies to resolve client issues and following an escalation path.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a 1st Line position
- General diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, accurately categorising and prioritising incidents in line with the Service Operation Procedures
- Experience with Office Applications and Microsoft 365 Support and Administration
- Virtualisation technologies
- General network troubleshooting, including LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalling
- Working to a shift pattern including nights and weekends.
