1st Line IT Support Engineer – Poole – 22,000 pa
A 1st Line IT Service Desk Support Engineer is required by a successful technology company based in Poole. This position would be ideal for someone who is skilled in IT support and has experience in a telephone based IT service desk/customer service environment.

The role will initially be an 1st Line IT Service Desk Technician, however you will be given the opportunity to develop your career into 2nd Line Support and beyond. The company offers extensive internal training plus company-funded certified training courses in Microsoft, Cisco and more.
- Must either have experience in a telephone-based IT Service Desk position, or have IT skills/education with experience in a telephone-based customer service role
- Good knowledge of building and repairing PC’s and laptops
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 Admin Console
- Experience in Active Directory/Group Policies
- Understanding of anti-virus software products
- Basic knowledge or experience in networking
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good IT career aspirations
Salary and Benefits:
The salary is between £18,000 – £22,000 p.a. depending on experience plus performance related bonuses, which is approximately 10% of salary. Benefits include pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a staff discount scheme, and free parking. 37.5 hours per week. Core office hours are 7.00am to 7.00 Monday to Friday where you may be required to work a shift rota. If you are unable to work during certain times within these core hours, please disclose this upon application.
